One of the most popular productivity services in the cloud segment is undoubtedly Google Docs. Aware of the success of the Google platform, and also of Microsoft, Dropbox has now released the final version of Dropbox Paper, which is now available in 21 languages.

Will this platform conquer users … at this point?

Dropbox Paper was announced in October 2015, and so far it was in beta. Today, developers have announced the final version of Dropbox Paper, a cloud-based service that lets you create, edit, and share documents.
However, this is a service that arrives late, one time in the market already exists Google Docs platform and Office 365. Given the popularity of rival services, Rob Baesman responsible for Dropbox Paper, states that this new service can be used in conjunction with those that already exist.

See how Dropbox Paper works:-

How to use?

To use Dropbox Paper, you only need an account in the Dropbox service and then simply you can just access or use the Dropbox Paper. Not only that, even editing documents is very intuitive and easy. Besides text, you can insert images, even from Dropbox, tables, bookmarks, to-do list, code, etc.
The Dropbox Paper is currently available in 21 languages as we told earlier. In addition, Dropbox Paper has also launched Smart Sync feature, a tool that allows users to access stored online files in Dropbox accounts, and so that they can be opened on Windows or MacOS without any additional software.
Google’s making it easier for Google Analytics users to find the important trends in their data.
The change is already live in the Google Analytics app for iOS and Android, where, in the Assistant screen, you should now see automatically generated insights.
For example, if your website or app had a sudden jump in new users, Google Analytics will highlight that, and tell you where those new users came from. Or if you’re an e-commerce company, it can tell you which products had the biggest rise in sales.
This is information that Google Analytics was already tracking, but now it’s being surfaced in an quick-to-read card format. So businesses don’t click around to different pages to find the information, and they’re less likely to overlook important changes in the data.
Senior Director of Product Management Babak Pahlavan said that for larger companies that have a data analyst or team of analysts, these insights should help them “scale up.” And for smaller businesses that can’t afford their own analysts, this approach can “bring that same sort of possibility of having these analysts accessible to them and bring in insights that otherwise you would miss.”
Product Manager Ajay Nainani added that the approach was to “take the things an expert does [and] put it into a product … There’s anomaly detection, there’s a combination of techniques to surface stuff.”

This week, what would have been Facebook’s first satellite was destroyed in a Falcon 9 explosion, Facebook changed its Trending Topics layout and new information about the Dropbox password breach was unveiled. These are the top stories of the week, and you canreceive this post in your inbox, if that makes your life easier.
1. SpaceX experienced a devastating explosion while completing a routine static test-fire that destroyed Facebook’s $200 million Internet.org satellite. SpaceX confirmed that there were no personnel injuries in the blast but the rocket and payload were destroyed. There are three stages of questioning to go through when a rocket explosion occurs, and here’s what we know so far.
In a Facebook post, Mark Zuckerberg wrote that he was “deeply disappointed” by the loss, but here’s how the conversation probably went down.
2. Tick tock, tick tock. Is it September 7 yet? Apple sent out invites for its press conference on Wednesday, September 7, where it will most likely unveil the next iPhone. Leaks show that the iPhone 7 could feature streamlined antennas and a more prominent camera, as well as a dual-lens camera system in the larger model. It looks like the audio port is going away, too. There have been many rumors about a new Mac Book Pro with a Touch ID sensor and an OLED mini screen above the keyboard. The Apple Watch should also receive an update. As always, we’ll be at the event live blogging and tweeting to bring you all the updates.

3. To the frustration of English-browsing users, Facebook removed the descriptions under Trending Topics in favor of increasing the scalability of the product, as well as fired the human editors who curate the Trending section. It didn’t take long for the algorithm to screw up. At least we got some haikus out of it.

4. Both Dropbox and Last.fm revealed the full extent of password breaches from four years ago. Remember the Dropbox password breach? The company initially said that user emails were the only data stolen, but the number may have been much higher than we originally thought. It turns out that passwords were also acquired, leading to the theft of more than 60 million user credentials. PSA: please enable two-factor authentication.
5. Apple was ordered to pay up to $14.5 billion for illegal tax benefits in Ireland. The European Commission is saying that Apple benefitted from illegal tax benefits for its European operations, and that Ireland must recover the so called “illegal aid.” Apple CEO Tim Cook responded in a letter to customers calling the move “unprecedented” and “harmful” with “no basis in fact or in law.” Stay tuned.

Google Drive is the online store place for your data and files etc. and by using it you can easily store, manage all your files and other data. Using the Google Drive, you can even share your files online to anyone hence making it easy for transferring data. To send or to share up the files with anyone, you will have to upload the file to the Google Drive and then get up the sharing link for that file and then send that link to someone for multiple times. Once you have shared that link with anyone, he/she will be able to access your file or data through that share link until that file/data remain in your Google Drive account. In case you don’t want that your data should be accessible forever until it has been removed then there is one way through which you can set the expiry date for the Google share links by which the links cannot be used anymore to access your data after the elapsed time that you have set. Watson, an artificial intelligence of IBM now know that how to edit movie trailers. Earlier this week an American film studio is known as the “20th Century Fox” gave the AI system the task of creating a trailer for the new science fiction film which was dubbed as “Morgan”.

IBM Watson Created The First Ever AI-Made Movie Trailer

IBM’s artificial intelligence system Watson has now gained a new ability, yes, though it sounds a little common but actually what he learned is really interesting and unique skill at least for an AI. Watson has learned to edit movie trailers.
Earlier this week, the 20th Century Fox handed Watson the task of creating a trailer for a new science fiction movie which is dubbed as “Morgan”. Watson is the first artificial intelligence system to produce a film trailer. Even the new science fiction movie which is dubbed as “Morgan” will also hold it’s trailer that is actually created by an AI, known as Watson.
To get to the end and best result, IBM researchers fed Watson with 100 trailers of horror movies. These were separated into moments and scenes. So, the computer was able to analyze the sound composition data, visual effects, and other factors to get an idea of the dynamics of a trailer.
When Watson finished processing the movie Morgan, he isolated 10 scenes total of six minutes of video and took only 24 hours to do it. When comparing with the work of a human editor who sewing scenes and tells a coherent story, it would take 10 to 30 days to deliver the work and it is a major breakthrough. Yes, now it sounds really crazy, as now it also proves that how enough an AI could be really intelligent and fast as well as strong.
Below you can see the result of the trailer made using artificial intelligence from IBM:-
